The Impact program was inspired through discussions with area homeless shelters, pregnancy centers, public schools, and other organizations that provide the essentials to meeting the basic needs of the people whom they may serve. In most cases, well-intentioned people donate items such as clothing and bedding to these organizations, but the donated items cannot be fully utilized by their constituents. The purpose of the Impact program is to connect an organizations needs with the resources necessary to meet them. The Impact Kit program enables individuals and organizations to directly Impact their communities by providing necessities of everyday living.
